We provide advisory services to companies:

 

  • Investment: Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities in real estate properties by conducting market research, risk analysis, and assessing potential returns.   

  • Divestment: We plan and execute divestment strategies, which include selling properties to maximize returns and/or reduce liabilities. Additionally, we identify investments that no longer align with the entity's objectives and need to be sold.

Sale and Leaseback Transactions

  • The 'Sales & Leaseback' transaction is a financial transaction in which a company sells an asset, such as real estate or equipment, to a third party and simultaneously leases that asset back from the buyer. This operation is commonly used as a strategy to unlock capital from fixed assets and improve the company's liquidity.

  • The duration of a Sales & Leaseback contract is negotiated between the involved parties and is based on their financial goals and needs. Therefore, there is no specific average duration for this type of operation, and the terms can vary widely from one transaction to another. In some cases, financial lease contracts may extend over several years, with the option of repurchasing the asset or not.
